Job Summary
Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries by selecting products from racks, palletizing, shrink-wrapping, and staging orders for final product delivery. Operate a forklift daily and utilize other plant machinery to pack and load goods while maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area. Ensure all safety processes and standard operating procedures are followed, including multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and adapting quickly to changes. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all safety protocols for self and others. Requires successful forklift certification, ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and one year of work experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- 1 year of work experience in any industry
- Basic computer and math skills
- Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions
- Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot
- Strong collaboration, communication skills
- Always respectful
- Successful forklift certification required
- Able to lift/carry up to 60 pounds
- Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
- Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
- Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods
- Areas where dust and chemicals are present
