Job Summary
Lead a small team of warehouse associates in one or more functions (receiving, picking, packing, etc.), assist with labor planning and workflow coordination, train new staff on SOPs and safety, monitor order accuracy, report issues, and escalate as needed. Ensure a clean and safe working environment while overseeing daily operations and maintaining safety standards; support ongoing training and process improvements in a fast-paced global logistics context.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of warehouse experience; prior team lead or unofficial leadership experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to work overtime and support flexible scheduling
- Familiarity with scanners or WMS systems is a plus
- Responsible for warehouse safety management and conducting regular safety inspections
- Experience in warehouse safety or maintenance is a plus but not required
