Job Summary
Warehouse Operator and Forklift Operator responsible for loading/unloading, stacking, sorting, segregating, and case picking within a cold storage facility; may operate a pallet jack; emphasizes safety (OSHA), accuracy, teamwork, and ability to multitask across tasks with overtime/weekend flexibility. Roles span Operator I-II-III with increasing forklift experience requirements (stand-up forklift, pallet jack, reach truck) and are onsite in Alvarado, TX.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and change direction mid-stream
- Ability to work overtime and weekends occasionally as required
- Must be capable of learning and retaining the skills needed to work in a safe, productive manner
- Must possess a solid work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience with Stand Up Forklift, Electric Pallet Jack, Counterbalance Forklift is preferred but not required
