Job Summary
Warehouse Operator/Forklift Operator on 2nd shift responsible for loading/unloading, stacking, sorting, segregating, and case-picking in a cold storage facility; may operate a pallet jack and various forklifts (stand-up, electric pallet jack, counterbalance, reach truck); emphasizes accuracy, safety (OSHA standards), and teamwork; overtime/weekend availability; roles span multiple operator levels with evolving responsibilities (Operator I-III) and experience in warehouse operations and MHE; strong preference for cold storage exposure.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work overtime and weekends occasionally
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and change direction mid-stream
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Solid work ethic and interpersonal skills
