Job Summary
Safely handle, move, and store EV battery packs and components; operate forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and other warehouse equipment; use scanners and inventory systems to receive, track, and document incoming and outgoing materials; perform pick/pack/label/sort and prepare materials for shipment or internal use; load/unload shipments; conduct cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation; maintain accurate inventory records and follow standardized documentation; conduct quality and safety inspections; uphold safety protocols and hazardous materials handling; keep the warehouse organized and compliant; collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff; Sr. level responsibilities include investigating inventory discrepancies and implementing process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within defined timeframe)
- Ability to obtain hazardous materials certification
- Basic computer skills (data entry, email)
- Experience operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
