Job Summary
The Warehouse Operator role handles EV battery packs and components, using forklifts and scanners to receive, store, pick, pack, and document inventory; conducts cycle counts and safety checks; maintains accurate records; supports cross-functional teams; and progresses from core execution to mentoring and process improvements as experience grows. Customer-ready operations require adherence to safety, PPE, and hazardous materials handling protocols; roles vary by level with Sr. responsibilities including troubleshooting and process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Forklift operation experience
- Hazardous materials certification (or ability to obtain)
- Basic computer skills (email, data entry, scanning tools)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Safety practices familiarity
