Job Summary
The Warehouse Operator I role focuses on inspecting, receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products within the warehouse, and on picking, packing, and scanning orders for customer pickup and delivery. Employees will master one warehouse area (Receiving, Shipping, Yard, or Inspection) and handle tasks such as reading orders, moving items, opening containers, sorting by size/type/color/product code, assembling customer orders, labeling materials, recording quantities, performing stock transfers and inventory counts, inspecting incoming parts per QMS, maintaining equipment, ensuring safe and clean warehouse Areas, and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies as well as export regulations. The position requires a High School diploma or GED (preferred), warehouse and forklift experience (preferred), ability to read and interpret manuals, and strong basic math and English skills; physical ability to stand, move, lift up to 70 pounds, and operate in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- English language literacy (read, write, speak, understand)
