Job Summary
Inbound and outbound warehouse operations: receive shipments, verify quantities, check for damage and labeling accuracy; label, sort, move, and store inventory; update movement records in WMS; coordinate with inventory control, quality control, and warehouse teams on inbound issues; pick and pack customer orders, verify shipment accuracy, and assist with loading and dispatch; maintain cleanliness and safety; operate warehouse tools and forklift/MHE where licensed, following SOPs and safety procedures; support counts, discrepancy follow-up, and process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Inbound/Outbound warehouse operations
- Forklift/MHE operation (licensed)
- Experience with WMS or related systems
- Ability to coordinate with inventory control and quality control teams
- Follow safety procedures and warehouse SOPs
- Report and follow up on discrepancies and issues
