Job Summary
Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries by selecting products from racks, palletizing, shrink-wrapping, and staging orders for final product delivery. Operate a forklift and shuttle truck on public roadways while performing cycle counts and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. Adhere to all safety processes and standard operating procedures in a fast-paced environment requiring multi-tasking. Maintain organization of work areas and follow all safety practices for self and others. This role is part of Land O'Lakes' Purina Animal Nutrition business, serving producers and animal owners across the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Commercial Drivers (CDL) License
- Must be 18 years or older
- 1 year of work experience in any industry
- Basic computer and math skills
- Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions
- Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot
- Strong collaboration, communication skills
- Able to lift/carry up to 60 pounds
- Successful forklift certification
- Must be available for weekends/overtime/holidays as needed
- Must be available for 1st Shift; 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
