Job Summary
Sort hold area slabs, select materials with a crane and forklift, and build orders for customers while maintaining quality and safety standards. Operate forklifts and overhead cranes throughout the shift to move materials between staging, production, and delivery vehicles, ensuring slabs are correctly scanned at every movement. Build loads for samples and Cambria customers, complete daily safety inspections of equipment, and organize the warehouse to ensure timely, accurate delivery. Perform job duties safely per SOPs, including separating slabs, climbing in and out of forklifts, and maintaining inventory needs through documentation and cycle counts.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to become certified in forklift and overhead crane operation
- Ability to read and write in English to complete required documentation
- Basic computer skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Push/pull 100 lbs
- Stand on feet for long periods of time during a shift for up to 12 hours, with intermittent breaks
- Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by Cambria
- Steel toed boots
- Hearing Protection
- Safety glasses
- Cut-proof gloves
- High visibility vest
