Warehouse Operator

Join a fast-paced warehouse team at the Crestmead dairy site. You will support safe picking, loading, and dispatch, operate equipment, and help maintain stock accuracy to ensure smooth daily operations. Contribute to a clean, safe, and organized environment, proactively identify and report safety hazards, and work collaboratively with a team. Responsibilities include safe picking, loading, dispatch, equipment operation, stock receipting and inventory checks. Shift pattern involves rotating 10.5-hour shifts across day, afternoon, and night, Monday to Saturday. Forklift licence is essential; prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings is desirable. The role is part of The Great Australian Food Company’s operations in Australia, with a focus on teamwork and continuous improvement.
