Job Summary
Receive and log incoming stock into the inventory management system, store products according to temperature requirements, and perform routine cycle counts. Accurately pick and verify items for customer orders, pack and label them following SOPs, and conduct quality checks before handing over packages. Keep the workspace clean, follow safety protocols on every shift, and participate in daily readiness checks and end-of-shift reviews. Work closely with fulfillment specialists and flight operators to align on priorities, flag inventory discrepancies, and propose process improvements. This two-year fixed-term contract requires a detail-oriented candidate comfortable with physical tasks, standing, and lifting in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- HND, diploma, or vocational certificate
- 0–2 years of experience in warehouse or operations roles
- Comfortable with physical tasks—standing, walking, lifting
- Ability to follow SOPs and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld tools or scanners
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and in a physically demanding environment
