Job Summary
Warehouse Automation Operator responsible for setup, operation and basic maintenance of automated machines, robots and conveyor systems in the warehouse. Reads, interprets and troubleshoots basic technical issues; performs minor repairs to keep automation equipment running; inspects equipment for potential failures; coordinates periodic and preventative maintenance; monitors robot operation, LGV activity, and HMI readings; ensures proper operation of robots, conveyors, palletizing and pallet wrapping systems; participates in warehouse and machine audits; performs shipping/receiving and daily computer transactions; conducts pre-shift inspections; trains and mentors team members; adheres to Quality Control guidelines and reworks items as needed; maintains a safe, clean environment. Requires High School Diploma/Technical certification, 2+ years robotics programming/troubleshooting, 3-5 years manufacturing/warehouse experience, Forklift and Scissor Lift certification, English reading/writing skills; ability to lift up to 75 lbs; willingness to work weekends or other hours as needed. Anticipated hourly salary range: $21.25–$30.75 with shift differential, paid benefits for 30+ hours/week.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/Technical degree/certification
- At least 2 years of Robotic programming and troubleshooting experience
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing/warehouse (shipping, receiving, inventory control) in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift Certification (must be certifiable on a forklift)
- Scissor Lift Certification (must be certifiable on a scissor lift)
- Ability to read and write instructions in English
