Job Summary
Operate computer-controlled cutting equipment to fabricate foam bedding products, interpreting work orders and order listings to determine sizes and amounts. Maintain steady work pace in a high-volume department while verifying machine operations and checking output accuracy. Make necessary machine adjustments and communicate with department leadership regarding material needs. Utilize tape measure skills and basic computer knowledge to ensure efficient material utilization. Forklift experience preferred. Full-time role on the third shift (6:00am - 2:30pm) with a pay rate of $22.02.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree
- Must have the ability to read a interpret a tape measure
- Basic Computer knowledge and ability to use computerized equipment in daily operations
- Must be able to make machine adjustments when necessary while monitoring the e
- Ability to read and interpret work orders
- Uses order listing to determine sizes and amounts to cut
- Ability to run computer controlled cutting equipment
- Maintain steady work pace in a high-volume department
- Verifies proper machine operations and checks output accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others

Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years manufacturing experience preferred
- 1+ months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Forklift experience preferred
