Job Summary
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to pick, stage, receive, and store materials; perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation; match picked products to packing slips; use WMS and handheld devices to queue tasks and run reports; ensure accuracy and maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment; comply with GMP and OSHA standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2-5 years warehouse experience
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment including single/deep reach truck, sit-down forklift, stock picker, electric pallet jack, and scissor lift
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience with inventory control, equipment maintenance, data entry, and computer systems
- Basic math and computer proficiency
- Dependable, reliable, and safety-focused
- Current forklift certification preferred
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred
- Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment preferred
