Job Summary
Conduct order picking using a voice-automated system and operate mechanically operated equipment while adhering to standard warehouse operating procedures. Perform light heavy lifting up to 5 kg and maintain high levels of health and safety awareness by reporting any areas of concern. Work fixed shifts including AM (06:00–14:00), PM (14:00–22:00), and Night (22:00–06:00) rotations, typically covering five days per week with a 12-week rota. Receive full training for voice systems and enjoy subsidized canteen access and staff shop discounts.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative is essential
- Good communication skills
- Able to follow instructions
- Ability to give attention to detail
- Must be able to lift 5 kg
- Must maintain high levels of Health and Safety awareness
- Must be able to work 5 days from 7
- Must be able to work the fixed shift AM 06:00-14:00 / PM 14:00-22:00 / Night 22:00-06:00
- Must be able to work the 12-week rota
