Job Summary
Conduct daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching materials while strictly adhering to Health & Safety Rules and ISO9001:2015 standards. Safely transport corrugated boxes and foil to production lines, replenish monomers from IBCs, and maintain clean staging areas with FIFO procedures. Assist drivers in unloading trucks, monitor product quality, and report any safety or quality deviations immediately. Work within a four-cycle rotating shift pattern including day and night shifts seven days a week, reporting directly to the Supervisor to support continuous manufacturing processes.
Required Qualifications
- Flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts, weekends, and overtime as required
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and operate safely in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Health & Safety practices in an industrial setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment
- Training in manual handling, forklift operation, or hazardous material handling
