Job Summary
Pick and load store orders accurately and efficiently using a voice-activated headset while working within Freezer, Chilled, or Ambient chambers. Manage time to achieve pick targets and maintain high accuracy levels while following all Health & Safety procedures. Work three 12-hour shifts per week on a fixed rota, rotating between Friday–Sunday, Saturday–Monday, or other patterns. Earn up to £31,623 annually with weekly pay, performance bonuses, and access to 18 days of annual leave. Join Heron Foods' distribution team at the Melton site, supporting timely deliveries to over 340 stores across England and Wales.
Required Qualifications
