Job Summary
Support the shift manager with general warehouse duties, including achieving depot targets for Core Routes and Stops Per Route (SPR). Assist with setting up and organizing daily delivery and collection routes, and support the scan-and-load process to ensure driver departures remain safe, fast, and on schedule. Maintain active communication with drivers to resolve route issues and complete required transport systems and administrative paperwork accurately. Help complete shift tasks to ensure "Depot Clear" is hit at the end of the shift. This permanent role involves working 40 hours, 5 out of 7 days, with a 00:00 start time. Candidates must be able to safely handle parcels up to 25kg and have previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Required Qualifications
- Have previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or similarly fast-paced environment.
- Are reliable, punctual and ready to contribute.
- Are confident supporting colleagues and taking on additional responsibility.
- Can safely handle parcels weighing up to 25kg and remain active throughout the shift.
- Follow processes and maintain high safety standards.
- Have the confidence to step up and support the operation when required.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a team leader or 2IC would be beneficial.
