Job Summary
Warehouse Operative at GXO in Wellingborough (UK). Responsibilities include inbound, outbound and stock control activities using the Warehouse Management System (WMS); pick and pack products for retail delivery; maintain a clean, safe workspace and meet KPIs. Full-time, permanent role with rotating shift pattern (6:00–14:00; 14:00–22:00; 22:00–06:00) and 40 hours per week. Benefits include annual salary (£26,325) plus 20% night shift allowance, pension, healthcare, dental plans, discounts, and training opportunities. A self-motivated, reliable, detail-oriented approach and ability to work both independently and in a team are sought; FLT licenses are advantageous but not required.
