Job Summary
Operate as Warehouse Operative and Driver for Voi in Mitcham, combining city and warehouse duties. Split time between fieldwork and warehouse tasks: swap and rebalance fleet batteries, perform minor on-the-spot fixes, deploy vehicles safely, receive and pack shipments, and maintain the workspace. Requires a full UK driving licence (12+ months, max 6 points, no major offences) and being 21+, with full training provided. Nice-to-have: vehicle repair experience, logistics driving, forklift/first aid/ADR certificates. Emphasis on teamwork, clear communication, physical work, and adaptability; shifts include early mornings. Contract role with fixed-term terms and potential extension.
