Warehouse Operative (Counterbalance FLT Licence)

Accurately complete all required documentation, breaking down, sorting, allocating, and loading inbound deliveries while operating a counterbalance forklift in line with health and safety guidelines. Assemble customer orders by selecting and packing items to the highest standard, then conduct thorough quality checks to identify issues before dispatch. Maintain a safe, organised, and clean warehouse environment by adhering to all company policies and procedures. This hands-on role requires a valid Counterbalance licence, physical fitness for active tasks, and the ability to work Monday to Friday from 06:00am to 14:30pm. You will be part of InPost Newstrade's Coventry team, supporting the logistics revolution for major high-street and online brands.
