Warehouse Operative and Customer Support (m/f/d)

Customer support and warehouse operative role combining order-fulfillment, stock handling, and customer service. Responsibilities include handling incoming calls and emails, identifying customer needs, purchasing stock, operating POS, coordinating with colleagues, and updating customers. Warehouse duties cover picking, packing, receiving, cycle counts, shipping processing, and general warehouse operations; forklift licence is a plus and can be obtained on-the-job.
