Job Summary
Warehouse Operations Team Member with afternoon shift responsible for inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining inventory (dishware, glassware, tableware, furniture, linens, and catering equipment); using machine-based and manual cleaning methods; transporting items with carts, dollies, and pallet jacks; organizing, staging, and packing equipment; working in a well-lit warehouse, adhering to safety policies, and handling lifting up to 50 lbs. Seasonal role (April–October) with potential for long-term employment; compensation $19–$21 per hour; schedule Monday–Friday 1:30 pm–10:00 pm; must be 16+ with English proficiency and basic math; requires Behavioral Assessment and background/drug screening.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal)
- Basic math skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Physically capable of standing, lifting, and performing repetitive movements in a warehouse environment
- Cross-training opportunities available in other departments to expand expertise and support long-term career growth
- Must complete a 5-minute Behavioral Assessment through the Predictive Index
- Must pass a company background check and limited drug screen (excludes marijuana)
