Job Summary
As a Warehouse Operations Team Lead, you will be responsible for tracking employee hours and providing feedback, directing a team for one or more accounts in the warehouse, and coordinating with CSR and Operations Supervisor on shipping schedules and labor requirements. Key tasks include unloading inbound freight safely, pulling products for shipment, and performing picking duties to meet customer and company standards. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2 to 4 years of related experience, and experience with warehouse equipment, specifically a Stand Up Forklift, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalent
- 2 to 4 years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and interpret simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple reports and correspondence
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with warehouse equipment, preferably a Stand Up Forklift
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Synapse training preferred
