Job Summary
Lead warehouse operations for assigned accounts, direct a team of employees in a warehouse setting, coordinate shipping schedules and labor requirements, unload/move inbound freight, prepare product for shipment, and perform picking with accuracy to meet customer and company standards. Requires 2-4 years of related experience, experience with stand-up forklift and Microsoft Excel, and the ability to read/write simple documents; Synapse training preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalent
- 2 to 4 years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with warehouse equipment, preferably a Stand Up Forklift
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Synapse training preferred
- Ability to read and interpret simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple reports and correspondence
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
