Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Oversee and supervise a warehouse work group to meet department goals, providing leadership through goal setting, performance reviews, delegation, and clear communication. Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, loading/unloading, inventory control, paperwork for warranties, and back-up driving as needed. Ensure safety and regulatory compliance, support process improvements, conduct regular team meetings, enforce productivity standards, and deliver strong customer service. Must be able to operate power equipment (including forklift), lift up to 65 lbs with equipment, and work a schedule from early morning into early afternoon with potential overtime; requires 3 years of related supervisory experience, strong communication and math skills, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug test. May require a valid driver’s license and adherence to the company driver policy; background in computer systems and inventory management is preferred, along with experience coordinating receiving, stock, loading, and outbound freight activities.
