Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Job Summary
Supervise and lead warehouse staff while overseeing daily operations including receiving, stocking, inventory, order picking, packing, and shipping. Ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped on time, maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with vendors and carriers. Train, coach, and develop team members while scheduling daily workloads to maximize productivity. Enforce safety policies, operate forklifts and other equipment, and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime. Maintain a clean, organized environment and work closely with Sales, Purchasing, and Delivery teams to fulfill customer orders. Requires previous supervisory experience, forklift certification, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Full-time Monday-Friday schedule with health insurance and career advancement opportunities within a growing company.
Required Qualifications
- Previous warehouse supervisory, team lead, or warehouse management experience
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and inventory control
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
- Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
Desired Qualifications
- Forklift experience (certification is a plus)
- Monday-Friday schedule (with occasional overtime as needed)
