Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Coordinates daily activities within the distribution center; supervises staff and directs work related to order fulfillment, order management, inventory management, stocking, material handling, equipment usage, and related needs. Prepares work schedules, manages labor hours and payroll in electronic timekeeping, interviews and trains prospective and new team members, and supervises staff development including performance appraisal and employee relations. Ensures adherence to performance goals, recommends process improvements, reviews records for accuracy and compliance, ensures safety and policy compliance (including ISO9002 procedures), schedules inventories, traces item histories to resolve stock discrepancies, assigns duties, standardizes procedures to improve efficiency, prepares leadership reports, maintains warehouse properties, and handles customer-service-related billing as needed. Supports occasional special duties and other assigned tasks; emphasizes a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment with growth opportunities.
