Job Summary
Direct and manage warehouse associates to achieve timely distribution and receipt of product; supervise daily activities of business support, technical or production staff in an assigned area; set priorities and coordinate work with other supervisors; ensure adherence to productivity and quality standards; oversee scheduling to maintain proper staffing; ensure safe operation of warehouse equipment and compliance with OSHA, DEA, FDA, and related regulations; provide development and coaching for staff, participate in performance appraisals, and support succession planning; prepare ad hoc reports and maintain attendance/PTO records; drive operational excellence and cost efficiency while upholding Cardinal Health’s ethics and inclusive culture.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- 2-3 years related experience preferred
