Job Summary
Warehouse Operations Supervisor responsible for overseeing multiple warehouse areas, leading employees, coordinating daily labor, and ensuring safe, efficient distribution operations. Key duties include setting objectives, reporting to Operations Managers, training and mentoring operation leads, maintaining equipment and systems, balancing labor across departments, monitoring KPIs, and addressing disciplinary issues while aligning with safety policies. Requires a high school diploma or GED (degree in Business/Engineering/Finance a plus) and prior supervisory experience within a warehouse/distribution environment. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- College degree in Business, Engineering, Finance or related field a plus
- 1+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
- 1+ years of experience achieving production or business goals
- Experience working in a large warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing facility a plus
- Demonstrate leadership, proactive thinking, strategic thinking, and problem solving
- Ability to complete and maintain reports, and schedules
- Ability to build consensus and relationships with employees
- Proficient Technology Skills, including Microsoft Office Suite or related software
