Job Summary
Oversee all warehouse departments and managers while ensuring operational efficiency, accuracy, and safety. Develop and enforce SOPs across all functions, manage labor planning and scheduling, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure WMS accuracy and inventory integrity, lead performance reviews, and act as the primary point of contact for key clients. This role reports to the VP of Warehousing, West Coast, with onsite hours at 375 E Markham St, Perris, CA.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse or 3PL operations experience
- 2+ years in a senior management role
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing multi-client environments
- KPI-driven and process-oriented mindset
