Warehouse Operations Supervisor - 1st Shift

Job Summary
Oversee daily warehouse operations on 1st shift, supervise the team, provide training and coaching, and manage schedules to ensure efficient performance. Responsibilities include maintaining quality standards, following safety guidelines, implementing continuous improvement plans, and coordinating with leadership and other departments. Requires 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency with MS Office and scanners, and flexibility to work overtime including weekends. Government compliance requires U.S. citizen status; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field is a plus. Ideal candidates may have AS9100/ISO experience, 3PL background, bilingual English/Spanish, and a focus on safety and 7S program adherence.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment
- Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends
- U.S. citizen status
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field (preferred)
- Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
- Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment (preferred)
- Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to support, follow and communicate company safety guidelines and programs
