Job Summary
Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, staging, stocking, transfers, and returns while serving as an operational liaison between teams and branch management. Process customer sales and returns in compliance with policies, adjust inventory quantities to maintain accuracy, and conduct spot counts to reconcile discrepancies. Safely operate company vehicles for deliveries and transfers, support dispatch functions for timely coordination, and assist with branch expansion or shelving projects. Provide cross-functional coverage during high volume or staff absence, travel to other locations for setup support, and maintain a safe, clean branch environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED or equivalent years of experience)
- 1+ years of experience in sales, warehouse, dispatch, or related operations
- Proven proficiency with warehouse equipment including forklifts and order pickers (must be trained and certified)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills, including MAM WMS and spreadsheet proficiency
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. and work in warehouse conditions
- Demonstrated alignment with DRIVE Core Values and HEMI Leadership Values
- Must meet employment eligibility requirements as established by U.S. federal law
- Must successfully complete a background check
- Must successfully complete a drug screening where permitted by law
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the automotive aftermarket industry
- Familiarity with inventory management or dispatch systems
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Experience working in a dynamic, project-oriented warehouse environment
- Familiarity with all warehouse department functions
