Job Summary
Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments of medical equipment, supplies, and medications. Pick, pack, label, and prepare these items for delivery while stocking and maintaining inventory through routine counts and expired-product checks. Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, carts, and hand tools to move goods, and clean, test, and maintain returned rental equipment including pumps. Accurately enter data using scanners and warehouse systems, and contact patients or caregivers to schedule deliveries and assess special needs. Participate in on-call rotations to support operational needs, ensuring all activities follow OSHA, PPE, and FDA safety procedures while maintaining strict patient confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Tier 2 Suitability background check
- Fingerprinting
- Motor vehicle record review
- Licensure verification
- Drug testing
- TB testing
- Internet connection through cable broadband or fiber optic service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
