Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Summary
Oversee all warehouse operations day-to-day, including scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and labor planning to ensure client orders are fulfilled. Manage facility goals by coordinating with supervisors and hourly employees to facilitate their growth while delivering high-volume orders on short notice. Requires 4+ years of experience in warehouse, production, or plant management, along with expertise in labor planning, budgeting, forecasting, and WMS systems. Candidates must demonstrate Kaizen, Lean, or Six Sigma experience and strong Excel and communication skills. Located in North Charleston, SC, this role offers growth within a global distribution company.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years experience as a Warehouse Manager, Production or Plant Manager, Shipping/Receiving Manager
- Experience with labor planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Kaizen, Lean or Six Sigma experience
- Strong Excel experience
- WMS experience
- Strong communication skills
- Must agree to receive calls, Al-generated calls, text messages, or emails from Synerfac Technical Staff and our contracted partners
