Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Summary
Lead warehouse and fulfillment operations for direct-to-consumer and marketplace channels, ensuring fast, accurate order processing and on-time shipping. Oversee inventory control across SKUs and locations, conduct regular cycle counts and audits, manage stock replenishment, and coordinate cross-border logistics with Canada. Drive vendor relationships, invoicing, and payments, maintain OSHA-based safety standards, and develop SOPs. Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy and shipping times while leading a high-performance team to scale operations in a fast-paced, technology-driven e-commerce environment. Ensure full compliance with cross-border requirements, including GST/CRA considerations, and partner with purchasing/planning teams to forecast demand and avoid stockouts.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse operations management, preferably in e-commerce or technology hardware environments
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems, WMS, and ERP platforms
- Experience managing marketplace fulfillment (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify integrations)
- Familiarity with U.S.–Canada cross-border logistics, customs requirements, and GST/CRA compliance
- Financial management experience including invoice processing and vendor payments
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and warehouse technologies
- Effective communication skills across cross-functional teams
