Job Summary
Manage operations, P&L, and inventory metrics for the assigned area while directing staff development and enforcing operational policies. Establish procedures, oversee compliance, and lead quarterly business reviews to ensure financial objectives and year-end goals are met. Implement new services, manufacturing processes, and technologies to support short- and long-range planning and introduce operational systems for business growth. Maintain key metrics across the full client base using analytical Excel worksheets to drive continuous improvement. Requires 5+ years in logistics and supply chain environments with strong coaching skills.

- Ability to transform data into implications that enable continuous improvement opportunities to be achieved
