Job Summary
Lead end-to-end warehouse operations across Hologic's EMEA network, partnering with multiple 3PL providers and internal teams to ensure inventory accuracy, cost efficiency, and operational performance. Manage and develop direct reports including Warehouse Leads and Inventory Control, while establishing governance processes with external partners to maintain consistent service levels. Define and monitor operational KPIs, drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process standardisation, and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost-control programmes. Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Planning, Transportation, Quality, and Finance stakeholders to support business objectives and resolve operational issues. This role requires regular travel across the EMEA network, including the UK and Spain, and offers a salary of €85,000 – €100,000 gross per year.
Required Qualifications
- Educational background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience within warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations, including people leadership responsibilities
- Experience managing 3PL providers and outsourced warehouse operations within a multi-site environment
- Track record of leading and developing teams, driving engagement, accountability and performance
- Experience managing operational budgets, forecasts and cost-saving initiatives
- Understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management and process optimisation
- Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems (ideally Oracle EBS), and transportation management systems
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation
- Comfortable operating in a complex international environment
- Must be able to travel regularly across the EMEA network, including the UK and Spain
