Job Summary
The Operations Manager at Concordance Healthcare Solutions is responsible for overall management of the Distribution Center, including oversight of personnel, inventory, shipping, logistics, and financial performance. Key responsibilities include driving consistency and cost reduction through standardized work processes, managing hiring and training of team members, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree, at least six years of relevant experience, strong leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of Distribution Center operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 6 years of Operations-Distribution experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic knowledge of OSHA, FMCSA and State Laws
- Thorough knowledge of Voice Pick and VAI systems (or similar warehouse management or operating system)
- Strong customer service, time management, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Solid analytical abilities and effective oral and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience supervising, training, developing and providing direction to staff
- Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Broad working knowledge of Distribution Center processes and operations
- Understanding of performance management and its principles
