Job Summary
Oversee daily warehouse departments (Shipping, Receiving, Quality Control, & Repairs); manage carrier relationships and negotiate rates; supervise warehouse-based supervisors, leads, and associates; develop and enforce safety programs; train and mentor staff; implement and uphold SOPs; plan labor, scheduling, and overtime; monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement; utilize ERP, WMS, and TMS to optimize workflows and reporting; collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, OPS, Facilities, and other departments; focus on efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in supply chain, logistics, or business
- 5+ years of progressive warehouse operations experience, including people management
- Strong management and coaching skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience working with ERP/WMS systems
- Bilingual Spanish highly preferred
