Job Summary
As a Warehouse Operations Manager, you'll lead and optimize all aspects of warehouse operations, from facility management to team leadership. Responsibilities include implementing best practices for efficiency, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with industry standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse management and 3PL operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems and other relevant technology tools
- Knowledge of food safety, food defense, industry regulations and safety standards
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management/supervision in a 3PL environment
- All candidates must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Some experience on sit down forklift preferred
- Ability to repetitively lift, push and pull 50+ pounds
- Must have the ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time
