Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations in a high-volume distribution/fulfillment facility, lead and develop supervisors and hourly associates, monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, ensure OSHA safety compliance, coordinate staffing and labor planning, partner with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth operational flow, manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits, and support WMS/operational technology implementations while maintaining housekeeping and facility standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent warehouse leadership experience
- 5+ years of warehouse operations leadership experience in a high-volume distribution, manufacturing, or fulfillment environment
- Proven experience managing large teams in fast-paced operations
- Experience with WMS systems, RF scanners, and inventory control systems
- Forklift certification preferred
- Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
