Warehouse Operations Manager (3rd Shift)

Job Summary
Manage daily logistics functions including inbound/outbound flow, inventory accuracy, labor planning, and operational performance for the 3rd shift (10:00pm – 6:30am). Oversee P&L responsibility, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain compliance with safety regulations and employee relations. Resolve performance issues for salaried and hourly staff, handle payroll, accounts payable, vendor quotes, and customer invoicing. Analyze weekly and monthly P&L statements to determine profitability and provide financial data to senior management. Collaborate with customers to meet operational demands and hold safety meetings.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. diploma/GED
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
- Three (3) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field
- Two (2) years or more managing and leading direct reports
- Excellent knowledge of Transportation and/or Warehouse Logistics operations
- Excellent knowledge of safety and security requirements
- Must be available to work on a flexible schedule on the various work shifts
- Must be computer literate and able to use the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Word required)
- Bilingual, English and French (for Quebec locations only)
