Warehouse Operations Lead - 2nd Shift

Lead strategic project delivery for Operations programs including Supply Chain, New Channel Integration, Shipping/Distribution, and Manufacturing; develop and document processes, meeting results, actions, risks, and project communications; organize meetings, develop agendas, monitor and update project status; document and update all Operations Processes including OTC for Pre-Fulfillment, Fulfillment, and Materials Management; provide direction and task oversight to individuals, departments, and stakeholders; gather required data from end users to evaluate objectives, goals, and scope; participate in global meetings with external and internal partners; liaison with carriers for inbound/outbound; coordinate with Global Trade Compliance to reduce/eliminate late shipments; coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely delivery of channel material; develop and formalize processes within M&M and Fulfillment for OTC; accountable for OTC launch and ongoing operations including continuous improvement; lead the Navision to Dynamics 365 conversion as SME, driving system enhancements across ERP, WES, and WMS while guiding cross-functional teams through the transition; project manage picking and shipping processes such as fulfillment with M&M and Fulfillment.
