Job Summary
Lead Associate, Warehouse Operations oversees inbound/outbound warehouse activities, directs floor workflows (packing, unloading, shipping, and managing delivery schedules), coordinates receipt of shipments and scheduling of incoming trucks, and collaborates with Warehouse Supervisors to align inventory priorities. Responsible for forecasting workload through historical data, assisting in inventory management and stocking/shipping, and producing reports on workforce productivity and quality. Communicates with customers outside the warehouse to provide updates on delivery timeframes and disruptions, ensuring customer satisfaction. Demonstrates expertise in applying processes, guiding staff, and mentoring others, with a focus on improving operational efficiency and adherence to quality guidelines. This role supports the Warehouse Supervisor and may include team-leading responsibilities to drive effective warehouse operations.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience, preferred
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred
