Job Summary
Audit warehouse folders for accuracy and close out orders in the system. Review dates against receiving country guidelines and examine shipment photos to obtain management approval before loading. Communicate with market managers regarding product issues and generate daily reports on items requiring approval. Answer phones, file documents, and respond to inquiries as assigned clerical duties. Work in ambient and freezer temperatures with flexibility for varying shifts, including long hours.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to operate a computer and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Ability to read and speak English
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in both ambient and freezer temperatures
- Flexibility to work shifts that may include long hours and have varying shift start and end times
Desired Qualifications
- HSD or equivalent
- 1-year of warehouse office experience
- AS400 experience
