Warehouse Operations Associate

Job Summary
Own the daily health of online orders from landing in the warehouse to shipping, flagging pacing issues early and prioritizing oldest, most urgent items. Keep the floor stocked by moving received stock to pickable spots and speaking up for low inventory, then jump in wherever the bottleneck is to sweep the floors. Coordinate with floor leads to balance staffing and act as the go-to problem solver when pickers or packers hit walls, growing into the Warehouse Manager's right hand. Monitor ShipHero daily for devices, stations, and workflow settings, troubleshooting automation rules and reprocessing orders to fix real issues rather than symptoms. Pull reports on aging and blocked stock, handle basic floor IT like printers and Wi-Fi, and ensure every order is correctly statused and visible.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience with a warehouse management system (WMS)
- 2-4 years in warehouse operations, e-commerce fulfillment, or 3PL work
- A systems thinker: when one order breaks, you check what else broke the same way
- Calm under pressure. Peak days and product launches energize you, they don't rattle you
- A natural fixer. You ask 'how can I help?' before anyone asks you to
- Comfortable being on your feet and on the floor for most of the day
- Weekend availability

- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Experience with Shopify, TikTok Shop, or Faire, and how their orders flow into a WMS
- Experience working with or inside a 3PL
- Basic comfort with barcode hardware, label printers, and networking
- Experience supporting high-volume launches or peak season
