Job Summary
Warehouse Operations Associate in Ontario, CA responsible for receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping preparation, quality control, and general warehouse organization. Duties include picking, packing, and preparing customer orders; staging outbound shipments; receiving inventory and verifying quantities; inspecting products for damage; assisting with loading/unloading; maintaining accurate inventory records; conducting cycle counts and audits; organizing inventory locations; preparing shipments for LTL and parcel carriers; verifying paperwork and order accuracy; assisting with on-site installations as needed; ensuring shipments meet quality standards; maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse; following procedures and safety guidelines; identifying efficiency improvements; and supporting warehouse projects and process improvements. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of relevant experience, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, experience with pallet jacks, familiarity with inventory software/shipping portals, strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team. Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, medical/dental/vision benefits, PTO, 401k, and employee discounts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse, shipping, logistics, or inventory experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds safely, and comfortably team-lift larger, bulky items.
- Comfortable operating pallet jacks and warehouse equipment.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and/or shipping portals.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
