Job Summary
Operations-focused role coordinating flooring installations: manage installation scheduling (2-7 days after sale), verify measurements and output from Measure Square, confirm deposits/financing, procure and track materials, monitor installation dates, and accelerate schedules as materials permit. Lead client onboarding and serve as primary technical/scheduling contact, handle inbound customer calls, identify inefficiencies, and drive process improvements. Requires strong management, organization, communication, teamwork, time management, and ability to work with limited direction; 40+ hour weeks including some Saturdays. 1+ years of staff/contractor management and flooring/home improvement industry experience preferred.
